GRADUATE COLLECTION '17
Your surroundings can be broken down into several objects or elements that interrupt each other. For example, a simple seaside landscape can be divided into elements such as the beach, the sea and the sky instead of viewing it as a whole. Each of those elementary horizontal lines breaks the continuity of one another.
The final fashion pieces are a representation of interrupting lines, surfaces and colours. The abstract and hand drawn quality of the prints signify the importance of drawing in my professional practice. The fashion collection is also supported by a collection of ceramic art pieces that reflect organic interruptions found in nature through colour, shape and texture.
